Congwong Beach & Little Congwong,
La Perouse
A true paradise for sunset lovers, Congwong Beach (and its secluded neighbor, Little Congwong) is one of my favorite places to shoot. The soft golden sand, dramatic rock formations, and calm waters create an ethereal backdrop, perfect for couples, families, and maternity sessions.
**Access to Little Congwong Beach requires a 10-minute easy track, and you will encounter some stairs along the way.**
Malabar National Park
If you love nature-filled landscapes, Malabar National Park is an incredible spot to embrace Sydney’s rugged beauty. The coastal cliffs, winding trails, and uninterrupted ocean views bring a raw, organic feel to any shoot.
Yarra Bay
Best for families with young kids, Yarra Bay is a hidden gem, offering soft sand and calm waters—ideal for the ones who want to explore and play freely. The gentle sunset glow over the bay adds a dreamy, nostalgic touch to family sessions.
North Bondi
While Bondi Beach is famous worldwide, North Bondi offers a more relaxed setting with fewer crowds and striking ocean views. The rocky outcrops and open sky make for stunning, moody portraits, especially as the sun dips below the horizon.
Milk Beach, VAUCLUSE
Milk Beach is an intimate location with the Sydney skyline as a backdrop. This spot is fantastic for the ones looking for the perfect sunset — but it gets busy on weekends, so I always recommend weekday sessions for a quieter experience.
Long Reef
While I don’t often shoot in the Northern Beaches, Long Reef holds a special place in my heart for sunset sessions. The sweeping coastal views and tidal pools create a magical setting, blending golden light with reflections on the water.
Parklands & URBAN
Centennial Park
With its vast open fields, towering trees, picturesque ponds, and charming pathways, this park offers endless possibilities for capturing natural, light-filled portraits. Whether it's a playful family session, a romantic couple’s shoot, or a serene maternity session, Centennial Park provides a peaceful and versatile setting that beautifully adapts to any story.
Opera House & Botanic Gardens
Sydney’s most recognizable landmarks, the Opera House and Royal Botanic Gardens, It never gets old providing a mix of architectural beauty and natural charm. Perfect for personal branding shoots, pre-weddings, and even family sessions.
